DAVID & GLORIA KING

 

With 28 years of experience as senior pastors of five congregations, David and Gloria have gleaned a wealth of experiences that they would like to share with the whole Body of Christ. David has been an ordained minister with the Canadian Fellowship of Churches and Ministers since 1992. Prior to that he ministered with the Pentecostal Assemblies for 14 years.

 

Together, David and Gloria are continuing to build relationships among fellowships and denominations who share the common experience of loving and serving Christ.

BRAMPTON VICTORY CHRISTIAN CENTRE

 

Brampton Victory Christian Centre was birthed in 1992. Since its inception, it has been blessed with a powerful vision, passionate leadership and gracious supporters. It has impacted India, conducted outreaches in Poland, the U.S.A. and Canada. Over the years, it has also conducted numerous outreaches within the province of Ontario, including Georgetown, Fergus,Weagamow and the City of Brampton.

 

Realizing the true strength of it mandate, the directors, in September 2008, decided to refocus B.V.C.C efforts on becoming an “Outreach only Ministry.”  In doing so, they invited the founding pastors, David & Gloria King to bring their “Preparing the Way Seminars” and “Catch the Wave” outreach concepts, into partnership / ministry accountability under the B.V.C.C. ministry umbrella. The rest became history as the directorship formed a special outreach department to make it all happen.

 

David & Gloria are honoured and blessed to partner, once again, with the same wonderful people who supported their ministry vision over the years.

 

STATEMENT OF FAITH

1.     The Bible is the inspired, infallible and authoritative Word of God.

2.     There is one God, manifested in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

3.     The reality of satan and that his present control over mankind does exist.

4.     We believe the following foundational truths:

 

·         The Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, His sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death, His bodily resurrection and ascension to right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory as the Kings of Kings and the Lord of Lords.

·         The fall of man and his lost estate, which makes necessary a rebirth through the belief in, and confession of, the Lord Jesus Christ.

·         The reconciliation of man by the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

·         The resurrection of believers unto everlasting life in Heaven and of unbelievers into everlasting punishment in Hell.

·         The present supernatural ministry of the Holy Spirit as found in I Corinthians 12:11 and Hebrews 2:4 and that that ministry will continue until the Lord’s return.

·         The Church is called to the Unity of the Faith as found in Ephesians 4:11-13.
